The totals raised from our Dine and Make a Difference event are in , and YOU DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! $565 was raised for the league through the sale of 378 burgers, 53 poutines (a new record) and 134 milkshakes. That is our second highest total ever, and only $4 away from our all time high. Thank you to all of the league family that attended and again to the Five Guys staff and leadership for their ongoing belief in what we do. 

Wednesday marked the 10th event we have had with Five Guys since we started this partnership, and to date YOU have raised $3959 to support league operations. 

You are making a difference in the lives of the children in our program and all involved should be very proud of that!

Our thanks to everyone that came out last night to enjoy a GREAT Dine and Make a Difference event at Five Guys Burgers and Fries on Gardiners Road! The staff did a fantastic job of getting everyone served in a very timely manner, the burgers were delicious and all of the food got rave reviews. Thank you Five Guys leadership for supporting this initiative, and most importantly for believing in what we do for the children in our community. All of you, and our league family that supported this initiative, are difference makers. Thank you, and as one participant with the initials PC said “When’s the next one?” We will let you know Peter, and we will post the results of the fund raiser as soon as they are known.

Coach Kevin Smart and the St. Lawrence College Surge Men’s Basketball Team are hosting two free “Skills and Drills” clinics for our players on Saturday November 5. The first session for our Little Gals and Little Guys players will be from 5-6 pm, followed by a second one hour session for our Biddy, Girls and Graduate Division players. Since space is limited to 30 players per session we will ask that you register at games this week or through Facebook messenger to hold your spot.

Access to the gym is best through area E 39, accessed off Country Club Drive. Parking is also available in this area.
