Last week during Little Guys games Ethan Babcock of the Jayhawks got his first basket ever, but it was attributed to someone else in the box score from that game. Ours is a league of “firsts” for many of the players, and even though overall we do a good job of recording them, when we miss an important one, if we can, we make it right. So Ethan, congratulations on reaching the hoop with what we all hope will be the first of many baskets!

Due to the current weather conditions, and predictions of snow squalls throughout the evening, we have decided to cancel games in the Little Guys Division tonight in the interest of keeping our players, volunteers and their families safe.

There is a significant KASSAA High School Basketball double Header coming up on February 7th at SLC to raise funds for a local family in need. This is a chance to see some exciting basketball with the undefeated Frontenac Falcons taking on the undefeated Lasalle Black Knights in a junior / senior double header. There are lots of former and current players from our league on both teams. Details below.
