For the first time ever, the 2014 Sneaker Draw was a complete sell out, with all 1000 tickets sold. Thanks to Laurie Leeman and Louise Frink for selling tickets at registration, and to Marg Millar at St. Pat’s and Dave Noble at Grad for selling the rest of the tickets. We could not have this draw without the support of the individuals and businesses that donated prizes for the draw this year. They are listed in the newsletters that are being distributed this week. Neil Finn was the Grand Prize winner this year. The rest of the winners that were not present at the draw tonight will be notified tomorrow, and a full list of winners is posted at St. Pat’s.

There is still time to share your personal thoughts, observations and reflections on your involvement with the league over the last 60 years. We continue to collect your input in hard copy to the attention of Roland Billings at the St. Pat’s canteen, and if you want to email your submission it can be sent to roland.billings@sympatico.ca. We are trying to collect these as part of the history of our program. Thanks.
