Provincial Announcement

On Monday Dr. Kieran Moore, Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health is expected to recommend the public begin wearing masks in an effort to help overwhelmed children’s hospitals. This is NOT a mask mandate and as such we are not making the wearing of masks mandatory in the facilities where we play, however we strongly encourage you to mask up while attending the games. We do still ask that if you’re sick you stay home. For players who wish to wear a mask on the benches, we will have paper bags identified with your number where you can put your mask while on the court, so there is no confusion. The bags will be disposed of at the end of the games. For referees wishing to wear a mask, hand held electronic whistles have been available, and will continue to be. As we have throughout this crisis we will continue to keep you updated as the situation develops. R
