Donations

This week we received two significant donations in support of our program. The United Steelworkers Local 343 made a $500 donation to the league to support our work with the youth in the city, and the staff at Medical Arts Pharmacy donated $255 that they had collected at their Christmas Party in memory of Carm Londry, a long time coach and supporter of the league. Carm is shown in the first photo in the Vintage K of C Volume 21 collection. The Carm Londry Trophy is given annually to the player in each division that shares the ball the most. Carm was a big believer in keeping the ball moving and he had a deadly two handed set shot. We miss hime in the gym, and we appreciate the donation by his family and friends at Medical Arts, and the donation by Tracey Simpson and the USW 343 membership for their belief in what we do.
