This Saturday the St. Lawrence College men’s and women’s basketball teams are playing Algonquin College in games that are important for our local teams. The college is planning a “Pots n’ Pans” night to bring in a good crowd and make some noise for their game. They are encouraging students to bring their own pots and pans to bang on and the school will also have some pie plates and wooden spoons at the ticket table for people to pick up on their way into the gym to use as noisemakers!!
Richelle Morris from SLC wrote “This game is important for the Women’s team since we are neck to neck with Algonquin (they have only won 1 more game than us and it is our team that they beat), we really want a good crowd to help support them and our men’s team.”
Game time for the women’s game is 1 pm, and the men play at 3 pm.
