International Volunteer Day

December 5th is Internationalational Volunteer Day, and I want to take the time to thank all of the volunteers that make the basketball league work. What makes our league cost effective and special is the commitment of the volunteers every night to give the players a chance to play and learn the game in a safe and relaxed environment. The willingness of our volunteers to do what needs to be done is appreciated by the league executive, and we know that all of the hours committed are done so because the volunteers care about the players and the program. For everyone that serves as a coach, referee, scorekeeper, and timer, our thanks for what you do. For Marg and the contribution that she makes through the canteen, we thank you too. Your help is appreciated, and we know that we would not be the league that we are without you. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
