St. Lawrence College Fund Raiser

The Whig Standard Wednesday reported the following: “A basketball doubleheader Saturday at St. Lawrence College will serve as a fundraiser for Kingston’s Lucas Stevens, 9, who is battling acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, which is a cancer of the white blood cells.
All revenue raised at the games through admission fees and raffle tickets will be donated to the Stevens family, whose children include Jacob and Paige, both students at St. Lawrence’s Kingston campus.
The Vikings women will play the Algonquin Thunder at 1 pm. The men’s game between St. Lawrence and Algonquin will start at 3 pm.”
St. Lawrence plays exciting basketball and this fund raising opportunity to help someone from our community is another great reason to attend the games on Saturday.
